100% Tempranillo.
Fermentation and maceration in Stainless Steel deposits at a 28oC controlled temperature during 12 to 15 days. 12 months aging in American oak (80%) and French oak (20%) barrels followed by 3 months in 20.000 liter vats made of French oak. .
DO Ribera del Duero
Color: Medium high layer intense cherry red. Clean and bright, very glyceric.
Aroma: It presents itself clean and complex, with intense aromas of black and red very ripe fruits. It has floral and dairy touches over a wood background. Balsamic and spicy with cocoa and toffee touches.
Mouth: It shows pleasant, meaty and balanced, bodied, with fruity aromas resurfacing and a hint of licorice and minerals.
